Hello everyone,

Allow me to introduce myself – I'm Tai, a big food enthusiast and firm believer in the healing power of food, just like our dear Farmer Don. Currently, I'm wrapping up my associates in health science and am also a passionate yoga instructor who advocates for holistic healing practices. From making my own almond milk to crafting tinctures, I'm deeply committed to embracing a lifestyle that nourishes both body and soul.

Last summer, fate led me to cross paths with Farmer Don through Balance Yoga & Wellness. Our shared passion for food sparked a beautiful connection, igniting my desire to learn the art of growing my own food and fostering a deeper connection with the origins of what nourishes us.

In today's fast-paced world, it's all too easy to lose touch with the true essence of food. With drive-throughs tempting us at every corner, the importance of connecting with our food and our loved ones in the kitchen has never been more vital. That's why I'm here – to encourage us all to get back to basics, to share, connect, and grow together this season.

Navigating the world of farm-fresh produce can be both exciting and daunting. Trust me, I've been there! But fear not, because I've made it my mission to explore every vegetable under the sun and share some delicious recipes to enjoy with your nearest and dearest.

New Season New Beginnings

Welcome to Dancing Hen Farm where spring brings the promise of growth and renewal. We can hardly contain our excitement as we prepare to start seeding our fields once again.

Dear Friends of the Farm,

As the sun begins to thaw the frosty earth and the birdsong fills the air, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for the season ahead here at Dancing Hen Farm. With winter bidding farewell and spring knocking at our doors, it's time for us to dust off our gardening gloves, grab our trusty seed packets, and embark on another journey of growth, renewal, and abundance.

We can hardly contain our excitement as we prepare to start seeding our fields once again. A new season with new beginnings here on the farm. The promise of warmer, sunnier days ahead fills our hearts with joy, and we can't wait to watch our little seeds sprout and flourish under the gentle caress of the springtime sun. There's something truly magical about this time of year, isn't there?
